-The South Shore (towns south of Boston to the bridge that separates
Cape Cod) is the fastest growing region in Massachusetts, yet it remains
a peaceful rural atmosphere in many areas. It's hard to imagine a
more scenic coastline than Hingham, Cohasset and Scituate, the pastoral
beauty of the North River marshlands, or the relaxed atmosphere of
Nantasket Beach. We who live here sometimes take all this beauty for
granted, but it is easy to appreciate whenever you leave and return
to the area. Each town has something special to offer from dramatic
rocky coastline, sandy beaches, farmland, town forests, the Famous
North River, ponds, lakes and all within an easy commute to Boston.
The region takes great pride in its excellent educational facilities
and justly boasts of having some of the finest public school systems
