		JaniceCrowley grew up in Hingham and has lived in Cohasset since 1985. Janice has been active in real estate since 1987 and has extensive knowledge of her marketplace. Having transferred several times for business, she has an excellent understanding of the needs and concerns of relocating families. 		PeggyDinger joins Coastal Countryside after being the top sales agent in 2005 in a large real estate firm. The idea of working for a small agency and making her own business decisions has great appeal for Peggy, with her energetic and hard-working style. With 8 years of experience as a flight attendant for TWA, after attending the University of Missouri, Peggy and her family settled in Scituate,MA, where they have lived for 20 years. As a Board Member for the Scituate Library Foundation and a member of the Cohasset Chamber of Commerce, Peggy involves herself in several charitable events, including the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer in '04 and '06. 		BarbaraFroio is a lifelong resident of the South Shore. A realtor for more than thirty years, she managed several offices before joining Coastal Countryside Properties. Barbara holds many professional designations as a Certified Residential Specialist, Graduate of the Realtors Institute, Relocation Specialist, and has served on the Professional Standards Committee at both the local and state level. Barbara and her husband Jim have been members of the Cohasset Golf Club for 33 years. In their spare time they enjoy golf, gardening, and travel, but most of all, spending time with their five grown children and grandchildren. 		KarenKirkendall is a converted New Englander, originally from Texas. She has been involved in residential real estate for 21 years. Karen and her husband, who have owned nine homes, including building the last two, says "Our homes have been our best investments, and one of the reasons I remain positive about my career in real estate. I enjoy assisting others in their successful real estate decisions, too." Karen is a 22-year member of the Community Garden Club, member of the South Shore Art Center, Vice-president of the Cohasset Chamber of Commerce, an active member of the 2nd Congregational Church in Cohasset, and teaches dance aerobics at the South Shore Community Center. 		RichardLong has lived in Hingham with his wife Linda since 1964, and is a Realtor member of the Plymouth County Board of Realtors. Dick retired from the computer industry in 1989 and has worked as a Realtor since 1990. As a volunteer, Dick has served on several committees in Hingham, including his recent involvement with the Harbor Development Committee and his current involvement with the Hingham Water Resources Task Team.
